With increasing challenges in the fresh produce supply chain; Paul and his brother Anthony recognised the need to change it by developing an e-commerce trading platform: Phoenicia.

Paul and Anthony both place a high value on their company’s most valuable assets. In particular: passionate people, industry knowledge and sourcing the highest quality fresh produce for customers.

Paul grew up with the family business and has worked at Alfred E. Chave for over 30 years. Paul commenced work as picker and worked his way through the business.  He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the business.  As Director of Sales he was responsible for the growth and expansion of Domestic trade, then he moved in a joint Managing Director role with Anthony.
